By far our most popular query is whether we are able to retain the original timber frames in stiu, and replace old single glazed steel windows (including Crittall® windows). The original timbers and beams can be an integral part and feature of a home, usually made from mature oak, and in most cases we have found the timber frames to be in good condition even if the paint work looks a bit shabby. We find that they can still be retained or even brought back to their former glory.

Our steel replacement windows are measured individually to fit snugly into your old frames. Our experienced teams are experts in removing old existing steel windows and then replace with our double glazed steel replacement window system. We also offer a service where we are able to repair or replace rotten external sills, leaving the frames in place.
